Your triceps are the muscles on the back of your arms in the area commonly termed as ‘tuck-shop arms’.
We tend to use the front of our arms, our biceps, more when we lift so this is a great chance to strengthen and tone this area. These exercises also work your core and chest muscles, maybe even giving you a lift where you want it most!
