You just need to attend one in-store appointment where they will ask you a few questions. They will then take scans of your upper and lower teeth and then your bite. These scans will create an amazing 3D image that you can see.
Your scans are sent off to an Australian registered dentist or orthodontist who then designs your custom treatment plan. They will oversee your program from start to finish and order your clear aligners. They will approve your treatment and monitor your progress.
The clear aligners are created with an advanced 3D printer. The only drawback is that the aligners are currently only being made in America, so there’s a bit of wait to get started. Your box will arrive in a couple of weeks containing everything you need.
There are two ways you can wear your aligners. The shortest timeframe is to wear them both day and night for 22 hours per day. This is the most popular option and takes on average 4 to 6 months. If you’d prefer, you can wear them just at night time but this will take a couple more months to see the results you are after. However, you only have to wear them for 10 hours overnight.
