AFL’s night of nights never disappoints and the 2014 Brownlow Medal was certainly no exception. Star players and their glamorous wives and girlfriends turned the red carpet into a spectacular display of gowns and glamour at Melbourne’s Crown Casino.
Rebecca Judd (wife of Carlton’s Chris Judd) kicked the winning red carpet goal with a striking and structured gown from Melbourne cult designer J’Aton, while Kate Hetherington (partner of Cale Hooker) and Nadia Bartel (wife of Geelong’s Jimi Bartel) both wowed in whites.

Felicity Harley (wife of former Cats skipper Tom Harley) showed off her beautiful baby bump in a stunning red Alex Perry gown while all eyes were on Gabi Grecko, partner of Geoff Edelston, and the goth-glam outfit she designed herself for the event. Grecko’s shock-frock was a low-cut, diamante-encrusted gown with thigh high split.
Rachel Finch sauntered her way down the red carpet in a black lace gown by Paulo Sebastian showing off the seasonal trend of sheer panelling while Jessie Habermann (partner of Marc Murphy) also opted for a stunning beaded and sheer look but in a beautiful soft, silver palette.
