Sex and The City’s Kim Cattrall spent 14 years on set of one of the best dressed shows on TV (before Gossip Girl came along). Her warbrobe and character outfits were put together by the famous costume designer Patricia Field. Her character wore some fabulous outfits but what about Kim?
