This Aussie Beauty Brand Just Celebrated its First Birthday With an American Debut

What do you get when you mix fermentation science, barrier-boosting skin care and a whole lot of ambition? A very glowy birthday, apparently.

Australian beauty brand Glow Culture is celebrating one incredible year of skin care success. And, in true glow-getter style, they’re blowing out the candles with a big debut in the United States. The brand is officially expanding into the American market, landing on shelves at none other than lifestyle retailer powerhouse, Anthropologie.

Founded by Holly Holub, Lori Pirozzi, and Donna Chan, Glow Culture has gone from newbie to next-gen skin care staple in just 12 months. At the core of their philosophy is a simple, science-backed belief: calm skin is happy skin. And happy skin, that, well, glows.

“Our first year has been full of grit, growth, and game-changing skin care,” says Holub. “With hustle and heart, we’re thrilled to announce our leap into the U.S. market with a wonderful retail partner like Anthropologie. Their customers value self-care, wellness, and sustainability – all things that align with Glow Culture’s DNA.”

Known for its thoughtful formulations powered by fermented ingredients, hydration technology, and skin-barrier biology, Glow Culture doesn’t just talk the clean beauty talk – they walk it. They dermatologist-test and formulate every product in their curated range to support rather than stress the skin.

“We started Glow Culture because we believed in the transformative power of fermented ingredients,” explains co-founder Donna Chan. “They deliver real skincare results without compromise. We bottled the glow—and now we’re sharing it with even more people.”

To mark this milestone moment, the brand’s full collection will be making its way into the USA. via Anthropologie, giving American skincare lovers the chance to experience the very formulas that Aussie fans have already fallen for.

Let’s talk glow getters

From the Skin Reset Biotic Gel Cleanser with clay micro-ferment and pistacia tree extract, to the glow-inducing Super Boost 3-in-1 Microderm Facial powered by fermented collagen and caffeine, every product is created with multi-tasking benefits in mind. Their Double Duty Retinol Repair Serum teams retinol with fermented rice water for results without the rough stuff, while the Dewy Drencher Light Gel-Cream and Moisture Lock Ultra Rich Cream pack serious hydration with barrier-loving ingredients like marine ferment, ceramides, and squalane.

“These are formulas that work with your skin, not against it,” says Pirozzi. “Launching in Anthropologie feels like the perfect way to celebrate. We’re so grateful to our community and can’t wait for what’s next.”

From local cult favourite to international clean beauty contender in under a year, Glow Culture is proof that when skin care meets science (and a little Aussie tenacity), glowing things happen.
