If your job or life is making you feel all tightly wound up in a stress ball, it might time to take some pamper time. Pop into your nearest Lush or visit their online shop, and select one butterball bath bomb and the Relax gift box….. and anything else that takes your fancy.

The three-night relaxation plan is simple. Just have one bath each night and add a bath bomb plus one handful of Epsom salts. The magnesium in the salts is perfect for sore muscles and assists in a deeper sleep. If you can go for a long walk each day, try to add this in.

Lush Butterball bath bomb

The butterball bath bomb is my favourite Lush product as it is an affordable luxury. It is one of the least expensive bath bombs and a true classic. Did you know it was one of the first bath bombs invented? The cocoa butter will assist to soften your skin. The vanilla scent is mild and lovely.

Turn on your favourite relaxing music on, turn on the bath tap and pour yourself a glass of wine or beer or a mocktail. Drop one of the bath bombs into your bath and let the essential oils take you to your happy place.

I’m loving the fun tie-dyed box the gift came in. The gift box contains Eco Flo packaging which is made from non-GM starch, which you can throw in your compost to break down. The bottles and pots are made of recycled and recyclable material.
