Hosted by Julia Zemiro, Susie Youssef and Gina Chick, the 10-part documentary promises to transform even the most treadmill-averse trekkers. And, convince them to step up to the challenge!

Cape to Cape Track (WA)

The Cape to Cape Track in Western Australia (main image) is a spectacular 135-kilometre trail that meanders between Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin. This walk reveals the dramatic beauty of the South West region. Where rugged cliffs meet the Indian Ocean and ancient forests create a lush backdrop. As you traverse this coastal track, you’ll witness the ever-changing seascape, from wild, crashing waves to serene, sheltered bays. The trail offers breathtaking vistas, diverse flora and fauna, and several lookout points. Which provide perfect spots for resting and taking in the view. Along the way, you’ll also have the chance to spot local wildlife, including kangaroos and a variety of bird species. Snowies Alpine Walk (NSW)

The Snowies Alpine Walk in New South Wales is an immersive journey through the majestic Snowy Mountains, renowned for their alpine beauty and rugged terrain. This trail features snow-capped peaks, serene alpine lakes, and expansive vistas that stretch as far as the eye can see. As you hike, you’ll traverse through high-altitude heathlands and open plains. With the opportunity to see unique flora like the Snow Gum and alpine wildflowers. The Snowies are both a feast for the eyes and a peaceful retreat from the hustle of city life.
