Zoe, best known for playing Melissa Bannon on Packed To The Rafters, married the Dancing With The Stars host in an intimate wedding before family and friends in Noosa.
The lovebirds were engaged in the same Queensland holiday hotspot a year earlier.
But they’ve been so busy with work from their new Los Angeles base that they’d struggled to find time for a wedding until now.
“We’ve gotta work out where [to marry] but we’ve literally been entertainment gypsies for 12 months – I’ve been living out of suitcases for nearly ten months,” Daniel told The Project in May.
Preferring to bask in their joy in secret for a little while, 35-year-old Daniel shared the happy news with fans via Instagram.
Zoe, 34, looked stunning in a beautiful, lace-detailed gown, which flowed freely with a slightly bohemian silhouette.
Daniel wore a dark grey suit with a tartan pattern and white shirt, and completed the look with a dark spotted tie.
“Mr & Mrs… We were married last Thursday surrounded by family, friends and lots of love! We couldn’t be happier,” wrote the former star.
After meeting on the set of Seven’s period drama Wild Boys in 2011, love quickly blossomed between the pair.
“One of the greatest days of my acting career was when I had to do a scene where I was being bathed by Zoe,” Daniel said in an early interview before their relationship was announced.
“I was in the bath, semi-naked – wearing the little pouch – and she was washing me. Our characters ended up fooling around in the tub. It’s a great way to make a living.”
Daniel has since gone on to star in sci-fi movie Infini, co-starring Luke Hemsworth, and is also busy filming upcoming fantasy sci-fi TV series The Shannara Chronicles, while Zoe stars alongside Johnny Depp in the latest Pirates of the Caribbean instalment.
