Be our guest! It’s finally here! The full length trailer for the Live action remake of one of Disney’s classic’s ‘Beauty & The Beast’ has been released.
When the rumours were confirmed that the stunning and stylish Emma Watson would be taking on the iconic role of Princess Belle in the Disney’s latest re-make, we all knew it was sure to be a success. Emma Watson is the perfect choice for the fair princess Belle who would rather read books and learn than be married off to some brutish male such as Gaston. The two sound pretty alike, both are intellectual women in search to further and empower themselves. A perfect match!
In November last year, Miss Watson hit the subways and underground in New York and London to place copies of Maya Angelou’s book for people to find and read after it was announced that Trump was going to be the President of America. She wrote “Today I am going to deliver Maya Angelou books to the New York subway. Then I am going to fight even harder for all the things I believe in.” Emma Watson is not only an actor but a UN Women Global Goodwill Ambassador.
She plays Belle alongside a fabulous cast which include English actor Dan Stevens, playing the Beast and the handsome Luke Evans as the roguish Gaston, Ewan McGregor as Lumière, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza and Emma Thompson as Mrs Potts. We expected with Miss Watson taking on the role of Belle that this Disney re-make would be a hit but when you see the cast line-up and the much anticipated full length trailer you know it’s going to be a sure thing.
‘A tale as old as time’ that is getting a brand new re-boot from 1991 when it first was released until 2017 where the classic animation film has become live action! We look forward to seeing Emma in the iconic yellow Disney Princess dress.
