But when she was summoned to the reception area to open a giant birthday present for her 27th birthday, this was the last thing she expected.
Out popped her oiled-up and shirtless boyfriend Sasha Mielzcarek looking like he’d just stepped of the set of Magic Mike.

Sam thought Sasha had finished with the birthday surprises.
A day earlier the construction manager blew up 40 balloons as she napped on the couch and filmed her waking up.
Dazed at first after snooze, Sam quickly catches on to what’s happening and screams as she covers her face in shock.

Also placed in front of her two candles with the numbers two and seven and can be heard in the clip saying: “Happy birthday babe!”
She then asks him when he did it all and how he blew them all up to which Sasha admits: “I was out of breath.”
Sam captions the post: “I woke up from a nap on the couch to a circus. Early birthday surprise from my gorgeous boyfriend @sash1313 thank you babe xxx #MyBirthdayTomorrow #TwentySeven.”
Sasha also shares the clip and gushes about Sam in the caption, writing: “40 balloons later and after passing out only twice trying to blow them all up, it’s an early surprise birthday for my stunning girlfriend @fro01!
“Happy (nearly) 27th birthday to my amazing Sammy! You’re an inspiration to many and I’m so proud of everything you have achieved in such a small amount of time.
“You may have picked the bloke with the biggest nose and the hairiest shoulders, but that’s more man to love you with! Happy Birthday babe!”
