“There are two types of women out there: there’s the kind of woman who finds something nice and likes to keep it to herself, and then there’s the other type, which is me, who wants to share,” she tells Net-A-Porter’s digital magazine The Edit.

“I want to share everything I know.”

1. Eat salmon every day for clear skin

Her secret? Get that glow from within. “I eat lots of good fats, in avocados, nuts, seeds, salmon,” says Victoria. “[Dr. Harold Lancer] sorted my skin out. I used to have really problematic skin and he said to me, ‘You have to eat salmon every single day.’ I said, ‘Really, every day?’ And he said, ‘Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.’”

2. Slap on your sunscreen and chug back the water

As Victoria has gotten older, she’s learned the importance of treating her body right. “You realise how vital it is to wear sunscreen; to drink lots of water; to cleanse, tone, moisturise,” she says. Basically, the staples of having a better complexion. So if it’s something you heard from your mum as a kid, you should probably still incorporate it into your routine

3. Fit in a sweat sesh first thing

Running before her family wakes up is the norm for this busy mum-of-four. “I usually get up about 6 a.m., do a bit of a workout, get the kids up, get them changed,” she explains. “Give them breakfast, get them to school, then do a bit more working out before I go to the office.”

4. Empower yourself

Perhaps the most posh health tip from Victoria? Don’t depend on others to build yourself up. “I think you have to [empower] yourself, rather than rely on other people to do that,” she says. “It’s great to get a compliment from your husband, or your kids, or another woman, but you also have to make yourself feel good.”
