A Berry Lemon Smash That Wouldn’t Look Out of Place at Spring Tea Party

Pretty, playful, and packed with fresh flavour, this Berry Lemon Smash recipe is as charming as it is refreshing — the kind of drink that looks right at home served in vintage glassware at a sunny Spring tea party. With muddled berries, a splash of zesty lemon, and a bubbly finish of soda or kombucha, it’s light, bright, and delightfully easy to make — proof that a non-alcoholic sip can still feel seriously special.

INGREDIENTS

4 blackberries
4 raspberries
30ml Bickford’s No Added Sugar Raspberry cordial
30ml lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup soda water or ginger kombucha (for a
probiotic hit)
Optional garnish: blackberries and raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Muddle the blackberries, raspberries, and cordial in the bottom of your glass until the juices are released and the pieces are small enough to fit through a straw.
2. Add the lemon juice then fill the glass with ice.
3. Top with soda water or ginger kombucha, then stir well.
4. Garnish with berries. Serve and enjoy!
