Fresh from their end-of-2015 engagement, The Bachelor Sweethearts Sam and Snezana have just bought this stunning $1.62 million house in Elsternwick in Sam’s hometown of Melbourne.
The reality TV stars shared their good news with an Instagram photo posing before a sold sign.
“So ……the most incredible woman I’ve ever met and I just bought this beautiful little house #family #fiance #future,” announced Sam. The post attracted more than 14,000 likes from their adoring fans within the first day.
Snezana has been living in Perth with her 10-year-old daughter Eve, but the two of them are now preparing to move to Melbourne, where Sam’s kids’ fitness business is based.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is a one-storey, renovated property, says realestate.com.au.
“Highlights of this photogenic home include ducted heating and cooling, an ambient gas fireplace and entertainment unit in the living room, original bay window seat framing a brand-new vertical garden, Bose speakers, stunning light fittings,” says the listing blurb.
“(It has) American Oak floorboards, a fireplace and ceiling rose in the second bedroom, front porch and off-street parking for one car.”
No word yet on how Eve’s dad Jason Rapoff feels about his daughter relocating permanently to Melbourne. Earlier reports suggest he’s firmly against the move.
Six months before the couple split, when Eve was just two months old, Jason was involved in a dirt bike accident that left him a paraplegic.
But Snez has also just finished her last year of her molecular genetics degree so her ties to Perth aren’t as strong as they were when her reality TV love first blossomed in 2015.
One thing is for sure: Sam can count on Snez rolling up her sleeves when it comes to any renovations on the new home.
In her time off from her studies she’s been helping her old man in the family gates and fencing business, and is right at home in the aisles of her local Bunnings’ store.
