Unlucky-in-love Prince Harry has fallen head-over-heels for American actress Meghan Markle, says a new report.
Single since ending his on-again, off-again romance with lawyer Chelsea Davy in 2011, Harry, 32, is said to be besotted with Meghan, 35.

The actress is best known for playing Rachel Zane on US legal drama Suits.
“He’s happier than he’s been for many years,” a source tells the Sunday Express.
“He’s in a very relaxed period of his life and Meghan has come along at the right time.”
The pair are believed to have met in May while Harry was in Toronto to promote his Invictus Games for disabled servicemen.

Los Angeles-born Meghan, who began following Harry’s private social media account soon after the Games ended, now lives in the Canadian city where Suits is filmed.
The insider added: “Harry has been desperate to keep the relationship quiet because he doesn’t want to scare Meghan off.
“He knows things will change when their romance is public knowledge but he also knows he can’t keep it a secret for long.”
The stunning actress reportedly has made several low-key visits to London, also meeting with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
“William and Kate really liked her and she fitted in straight away.
“They are taking each week as it comes and just enjoying each other’s company but it’s fair to say that they love seeing each other and there’s a definite chemistry between them.”
The pair both share a passion for humanitarian work, with Meghan working for several organisations including World Vision Canada and the United Nations.

She also has visited Afghanistan to support US soldiers and their families.
Meghan was previously married film producer Trevor Engelson in 2011, but the pair split in 2013.
Eagle-eyed fans have been quick to spot evidence of the blossoming romance – both Meghan and Harry have been seen wearing matching bracelets.

In one social media post, a smiling Meghan can be seen wearing a blue beaded bracelet, cozied up in a blanket, while holding a mug: “TBT to my solo trip to @sfhmembers #treatyourself #UK #sohohouse #farmhouse,” she captioned the snapshot, referring to a vacation earlier this year in London.
Fans are speculating that Harry may have given the matching bracelet to Meghan as a token of his affection.
