Plus size style blogger Callie Thorpe has become an Internet sensation after posting a series of stunning shots of her fairytale wedding, along with empowering body messages.
Callie admits that she never dreamed that she’d be able to wear a dress like this at her wedding to long-time love Dan Heathrington.

“I used to think that I would never get married until I was thin. There were even times I doubted myself thinking I would be too self-conscious to wear it,” writes UK-based Carrie.
“But as you grow older and you surround yourself with the right people, you begin to realise that what you look like doesn’t really matter to those that love you.
“Dan has loved me at all different sizes and on the day of the wedding when I walked into the room he turned and teared as I walked towards him, he looked at me like I was magic.”

Callie started her blog to create a space for herself and others that was ‘body shame free’, and to express her belief that all women should be able to love fashion, no matter what their size.
And when it came to her own wedding day, Callie was determined to send out the same positive message to brides of all shapes and sizes.
“I would like to say this one thing to brides to be everywhere, plus size or not,” she writes.
“Do not feel you have to change yourself or your size to be happy on your wedding day, your partner loves you for who you are, not just what you look like.
“You are deserving of happiness no matter what your size, and you will still be the most beautiful person in the room next to your love because you will be glowing with the love you have for each other.”

Callie ended her caption with this inspiring quote, which applies to absolutely everyone, plus size or not.
“The happy ending is for everyone so please, please let yourself have it.”
The couple also tucked into ice cream sandwiches on their special day, and Callie captioned the photo with some more inspirational words.
“When you find the right person, a person that makes you laugh, shares your struggles, uplifts you when times are low it doesn’t matter what you look like or what size dress you wear because all of that means nothing.”
