Tangent GC’s Yuzu Body Lotion
Swedish brand Tangent GC began life with a focus on garment care but has since expanded to include a body range, with all products carrying the brand’s ethos of sustainability. All bottles are made from bioplastic, a plastic made of plants instead of oil. It binds more CO₂ than it releases viewed over the product’s life cycle. All tubes are made of aluminium, which can be recycled forever with maintained product quality.
While the jury is still out on whether bioplastic is actually ‘good’ or at least ‘neutral’ for the environment, there does appear to be concensus among experts that it is a significant improvement on regular plastic.
