Chantelle is known internationally for her work with international celebrities, including Rachel Zoe, Gigi Hadid, Lily Allen and Kate Upton, who all request her brush skills for their Australian promo tours.
During a rare break in their busy schedules, we were lucky enough to get some of their top beauty tips, and insights into their favourite trends, looks, go-to products and celebrity style.

What’s your favourite makeup trend right now, your least favourite and which trend would you most like to see make a come-back?
We are absolutely loving the current matte lip trend right now. It is so for us and is timeless and long lasting if you invest in the right products. We have to say at the moment because the 90’s trend has made come back with a modern twist it seems the perfect combination.
What do you predict for the future in regards to upcoming beauty looks and styles? What do you predict to be hot?
Just as the 90’s has come back with a modern twist and a lot more pared back, we see this coming to light even more so and stripping back makeup to a minimal and clean look. Not too much colour in terms of the skin but it’s more about the gloss and texture. Applying more creams than powders to all areas including cheekbones eyelids just above the eyebrows and nose. We see more fun with colour happening with lip shades and liners or mascara!

Where do you get your inspiration from when creating your beauty looks?
We get inspiration from a lot of places. From art , from clothes, from fashion and from travel. I love seeing how colours are placed together in art and combine it with fashion trends and of course someone’s natural beauty to create different looks.
Which product is the most popular amongst celebs when doing their makeup?
We find everyone loves Giorgio Armani illuminous silk foundation in Australia and also Tom ford highlighting duo pallet.
Are there any particular celebrities who you think always have noteworthy hair and makeup looks that you follow?
Margot Robbie and Lara Bingle both always fresh, effortless and forever stylish!
