This March, Jurlique is launching an exclusive skincare collection that celebrates the brand’s remarkable history with roses; Exclusive Edition Rosewater Balancing Mist Five Roses and Exclusive Edition Hand Cream Five Roses.
Roses contain a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. Rose oil is extremely beneficial in providing hydration to the skin as well as refining the skin’s texture. Roses also offer astringent properties, making them an excellent help to reduce acne, redness, and inflammation.
This year’s scent and formula includes five unique roses that are grown on Jurlique’s Biodynamic Farm and each rose species plays an essential role in the formulation.
Rosa gallica: The Hero Rose, helps to hydrate and moisturise the skin and is used in almost all Jurlique’s skin care formulas.
Rosa rugosa: The Sweet Rose, known for it’s fuchsia colour and candy-like scent.
Rosa centifolia: The Artists Rose, with a beautiful mild powdering scent.
Rosa canina: The White Rose with a lemony centre, the only white rose grown at the Jurlique farm.
Rosa damascena: The Essential Rose, known for producing high quality rose oil with a light lingering scent.
