This recipe takes the comforting, nostalgic flavors of an apple and berry crumble and transforms them into a sleek, grab-and-go bar that actually serves your body. APPLE AND RASPBERRY PROTEIN BAR INGREDIENTS

120 g rolled oats
1 cup raspberries
1 small apple, chopped finely
60 g slivered almonds
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
30 g protein powder

METHOD

1 Preheat oven to 180 Degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 
2 Combine oats, raspberries and apple in a bowl and mix to combine with enough boiled water to make the ingredients stick together.
3 Add the almonds, cinnamon and protein powder. Mix well.
4 Spread the mixture into 5 rectangles onto the baking tray. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until set. Enjoy one serve. Store any remaining bars in an air tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
