Think molten mozzarella, a hint of sweet heat, creamy creme fraiche, jammy soft-boiled egg, crispy bacon and a generous drizzle of chilli oil for good measure. Equal parts indulgent and impressive, they’re the kind of dish that looks like you’ve made a serious effort, when in reality the gratins have done most of the heavy lifting. Serve them for brunch, lunch, or whenever the craving for something deliciously over-the-top strikes.

- 1 pack Potato Utopia Mozzarella & Hot Honey Potato Gratins
- 1 soft boiled egg
- 2 slices of bacon (or ham)
- 4 tbsp creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook Potato Utopia Mozzarella & Hot Honey Potato Gratins according to packet instructions until golden and crisp.
- Meanwhile, soft-boil egg to your preferred consistency and cook bacon to your desired crispiness.
- Arrange the cooked gratins on a serving platter.
- Top each gratin with a spoonful of crème fraîche and a mix of half a soft-boiled egg and bacon.
- Drizzle generously with chilli oil and finish with black sesame seeds and fresh chives.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
