Strawberry & White Chocolate Cloud Latte … Cafe Vibes, No Queue

Two icons of the food and beverage world – Nespresso and Sundays Bondi Bakery – recently teamed up to drop an indulgent new coffee menu at an immersive Vertuo Morning World pop-up, featuring dreamy creations inspired by cafe-style treats and viral bakery flavours.

One of the standouts was this Strawberry & White Chocolate Cloud Latte – a creamy, cloud-topped iced coffee that looks straight out of your social feed. The best part: If you can’t make it to the final day of the Vertuo World ticketed event at Pitt St Sydney this Saturday 13, here’s how you can recreate the strawberry-swirled sip at home.

INGREDIENTS

60g white chocolate
20 mL strawberry syrup
100 mL thickened cream
80 mL Nespresso White Chocolate and Strawberry Capsule
10 x ice cubes (300g)
70 mL of your preferred milk
15 mL condensed milk
Crushed freeze dried strawberries, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Make the Strawberry White Chocolate Cloud

1. Melt the white chocolate until smooth.
2. In a bowl or jug, combine the melted white chocolate, strawberry syrup, and cream.
3. Using the Nespresso NanoFoamer, whisk until thickened and cloud-like but still pourable. Set aside.

Prepare the Iced latte

1. Add the condensed milk to the bottom of a tall glass.
2. Extract the White Chocolate & Strawberry capsule as an 80 mL double espresso using the
   coffee creations mode on yourVertuo machine, allow coffee to pour directly over the con
   densed milk. Stir well.
3. Fill the glass to the top with ice, then pour in the milk.

Assemble

1. Slowly pour the strawberry white chocolate cloud over the top ofthe drink.
2. Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed freeze dried strawberries in the centre of the drink.
   Serve immediately with a spoon.
