Biscoff Bliss in a Mug: The Protein Latte That Tastes Like Dessert for Breakfast

This creamy coffee combines the caramelised biscuit flavour we all know and love with the caffeine kick of a Moccona Protein Latte, to create a cafe-worthy drink that feels far more decadent than it actually is. Frothy, spiced with cinnamon and packed with protein, it’s the cosy winter pick-me-up that tastes like a melted Biscoff biscuit in a mug for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS

160mL milk of your choice
1 serve of Moccona Protein Latte
20mL boiling water
30g smooth Biscoff spread
1/2tsp of vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm the milk and biscoff spread in a saucepan until hot (be careful not to let the milk boil or the biscoff burn)
  2. Pour the Moccona protein mix into a mug and add boiling water until dissolved
  3. Mix the milk mixture and the Moccona coffee and whisk until the drink is frothy
  4. Pour into a mug and add the cinnamon
  5. Enjoy!
