Failsafe Tips For A Flawless Face

Face

Here’s your first step – start with foundation.

“I think all bases are flawless, it’s merely just about what finish each person prefers,” says Hamoud famous for her @HeidiMakeUpArtist account. “Someone with oily skin would prefer a matte finish to avoid looking oily and sweaty, whereas I prefer a dewy finish as I have dry skin.”

Heidi’s picks:

Eyes

Don’t forget about the eyes too.

“I personally prefer all the focus to be on the skin, but I’ll just throw on some mascara or an everyday look. If I’m going out though, I’d create a light bronze smoky eye.”

Heidi’s picks:

Lips

A key part in achieving a flawless face is not looking overdone. A nude-pink lipstick is a must-have for this look.

“A nice nude lipstick would go great with this look,” continued Hammoud.

Other tips

Touching up your concealer and lipstick will revive the whole look.  Make sure you carry the products you have used with you.

Use a Beauty Blender Sponge – the best tool you will ever use! The sponge can touch up all areas needed and still look flawless. Also using a Beauty Blender will give you the most flawless application at the sponge does not leave any lines or streaks on your skin.

Definitely avoid applying too much product, you want to look fresh and flawless, not cakey. Always remember, less is more.

Definitely use a setting spray after applying your makeup. This will keep your makeup looking fresher and lasting much longer throughout the day, MAC Fix+ and Model In A Bottle are a couple favourites of mine.
