When it comes to smoothies there are endless choices. What do movie stars and supermodels throw into their blender? When celebrity trainer Sinclair Fischer-Gray worked with Miranda Kerr, he regularly included a whole lot of coconut and a few magic ingredients.

The starting point is a fresh coconut. Pour 2/3 cup of the juice and scoop half the flesh into a blender or food processor. Add 1/2 teaspoon of organic raw cacao powder, a teaspoon of raw, fresh ginger (peeled and roughly chopped) and 1-2 tablespoons of cold pressed coconut oil. This tastes naughty, but is packed with goodness. The ginger aids digestion, the coconut boosts metabolism and the cacao is an antioxidant and boosts energy.
