Is Botox still the gold standard of anti-ageing treatments?
I think Botox is the gold standard for wrinkles, but I think that Australian women see wrinkles as something that ages them, whereas you see someone who hasn’t lived in Australia with our harsh sun, and it is their skin is that makes them look younger. Australian women are starting to get their head around the fact that it’s not wrinkles that age you, it’s the quality of your skin. If your skin is in good condition, the Botox is a cherry on top. Skin is in! My favourite anti-ageing treatments are Thermage, Fraxel, IPL and peels.
