What’s On in February 2026
Hong Kong is welcoming the Year of the Horse with vibrant parades, bustling fairs, thrilling horse races, and the return of the world’s largest inflatable bounce party. February promises a festival season packed with colour, culture, and fun for visitors of all ages.

Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade – 17 February
The festivities kick off on the first day of the Lunar New Year with the Cathay International Night Parade. Starting at 8 pm from the Hong Kong Cultural Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, the parade features:

  • Theme: BEST FORTUNE. WORLD PARTY. celebrating the Year of the Horse
  • Highlights:
    • Ocean Park Hong Kong’s Panda Friends
    • Shimmering horse installations from the Hong Kong Jockey Club
    • International performances from France, Canada, and Australia

Australia’s Manly Warringah Sea Eagles cheerleaders will make their Hong Kong debut, adding a lively cultural crossover. Selected floats will be displayed later at Kai Tak Sports Park (18–26 February).

Lunar New Year Fairs & Flower Markets – 11 to 17 February
Experience Hong Kong’s traditional charm at the famous Lunar New Year fairs, also known as flower markets. Visitors can enjoy:

The Big Bounce Returns – 6 to 22 February
Hong Kong’s inflatable sensation, the Sun Life Big Bounce World Tour, returns to the Great Lawn at Art Park, West Kowloon. Highlights include:

  • World’s Biggest Bounce House: 16,000 sq ft
  • Longest Inflatable Obstacle Course: 150 metres
  • Four massive inflatable zones: Sport Slam, airSPACE Pink Alien, climbing towers, giant slides, ball pits
  • After Dark Parties & Cosplay events on select days

Each ticket includes 90 minutes of bounce time, with guaranteed 40 minutes in the main bounce house and unlimited access to other zones. Sessions cater to families, teens, and adults.
