Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled almond milk
  • 1 cup torn and trimmed kale leaves
  • ½ cup seedless green grapes
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method

  1. Add the almond milk, kale, green grapes, mint leaves, chia seeds and ice cubes to a blender.
