This recipe may look like its not healthy but take a look at the six ingredients and see for yourself. It’s full of natural goodness and is an easy dish to make without being full of processed sugar.
INGREDIENTS
3 x avocados
3 TBS dark agave syrup – honey or pure maple syrup can be used
¾ cup tahini
10 tbs Cocoa powder (raw is preferable) – carob can be used instead
2 x cups of dates
2 x tbs orange zest
METHOD
1 Place dates in the blender and process roughly
2 Add remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth mousse consistency
3 Refrigerate for an hour til set (don’t let temptation get the better of you)
