There’s no doubt most of us make our way to our favourite coffee shop each morning for the daily caffeine hit, but have you ever wanted barister quality coffee at home?

Latte
INGREDIENTS
approximately 30ml shot of espresso
150ml cold milk
200-220ml serving glass
METHOD
1 Texture milk to desired temperature
2 At the same time, extract espresso shot directly into serving glass
3 Swirl milk in milk jug to integrate texture
4 Pour milk directly into the centre of the espresso
Affogato
INGREDIENTS
1 double espresso
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
Chopped pistachios or grated chocolate (optional)
METHOD
1 Extract espresso shot into a separate glass and set aside.
2 Scoop ice-cream into a 200-250ml low profile glass for serving.
3 Pour espresso shot directly over ice-cream in serving glass.
4 Garnish with chopped pistachios or grated chocolate.
Macchiato
INGREDIENTS
Approximately 30ml espresso
2 teaspoons textured milk
60-90ml serving cup or glass
METHOD
1 Texture fresh, cold milk and set aside
2 Extract 30ml espresso directly into 60-90ml serving cup
3 Swirl Milk in milk jug
4 Spoon 2 teaspoons of textured milk into the centre of the espresso
