INGREDIENTS
50ml Glengoyne 12 Year Old
20ml lemon juice
10ml honey syrup
Ginger ale, to top
Lemon twist, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add Glengoyne 12 Year Old, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with ginger ale.
