It may be hard to believe that sometimes we actually forget to look after ourselves. Our lives are often very busy with stressful jobs or family commitments and our own care is placed second to none or we may feel guilty for it. But self care is extremely important. It can look different to different people, but it is deliberately choosing to participate in activities that re-energise us mentally, emotionally and physically. This builds a positive relationship with ourself and others.
