Tory Archbold is known world-wide for what she’s achieved as a publicist and now she’s started a new company called Powerful Steps where she inspires, empowers and encourages others to find their true power and potential.

For Tory, helping others is practising what she preaches because she knows the strength of connecting with others and working with your passion: “I’m teaching people everything I’ve learnt over the last two decades which is how to supercharge their business and their life. For me, it’s about getting their personal brand right and the foundation of their business right, so they can attract what they want in their life,” she says.

“The whole idea behind me mentoring women is I want to up-skill these women – I want to see them succeed because I can see the potential in them. I’m showing them the road map to achieve the success they want,” she adds.

Motivated to connect during the isolation of lockdown

Tory Archbold can be your business mentor.
Tory felt it was vital to stay connected during our past six weeks of lockdown.

Tory started her business mentoring during the COVID-19 crisis. She knew it was vital to stay connected so she started her own ‘Coffee Challenge’ every Thursday morning at 10am and asked women from around the globe to join her.

They did and she added hosts for many of the Coffee Challenges including Katrina Blowers, Jacinta Tynan and Gina Devee. These weekly virtual meetups have been a great success and now Tory is mentoring women from all around the world.

“The women I’m mentoring are super smart and they’ve been highly successful in their careers,” she adds. “I’m identifying their passion so they can supercharge their business flow and reach their true power and potential.”

“I’ve always worked with mentors who have nudged me to become a better person and so I feel like that’s a little bit of gold dust that you can sprinkle and say ‘hey, I’ve got your back, I know you can do this,’” she adds.

We asked five of the women Tory is currently mentoring how it’s working for them. Take a look at what they have to say:
