Spending less time commuting to work and other commitments means more time to spend with family at home. It is a time to remind us of the importance of our community and family. Take the time to listen and share thoughts, worries, hopes.

Spending time isolated also gives us time to reflect and turn inwards. Try take some time to meditate and ask yourself how you have been doing? Ask yourself what is really important in your life? Mediation doesn’t have to be sitting in silence. It can be anything that calms the mind and body such as listening to nice music or journalling.

Meditation

There is more time to make your home environment a clean, healthy place to enjoy. A tidy space helps for a tidy mind.
