Two Blocks 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon RRP: $32.00

The aroma has a lifted perfume and is full of dark cherry fruit with a touch of vanilla. The palate is bold and full but has softness, spice and elegant tannins. An approachable Cabernet that will drink well now or cellar for up to five years.

Food pairing: Roasted Balsamic Glazed Lamp Chops

Food pairing (V): Mushroom Bourguignon

Two Blocks 2020 Riesling RRP: $25.00

A blend of our two vineyards in the cool-climate regions of Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. The Coonawarra component adds citrus acidity and lime flavour and the Wrattonbully adds a floral lift. With an intense aroma, the palate is vibrant with good balance and crisp acidity.

Food pairing: Fresh Snapper Fillet

Food pairing (V): spicy Kimchi Fried Rice

Two Blocks 2015 Shiraz RRP: $32.00

Vines that were established by Patrick in 1999, the composition of the soil is similar to those of Eden Valley, which Pat had extensive experience with, before his move from Barossa to Coonawarra in the late 80s. Matured in a combination of new American oak and second-hand French oak for 24 months, the structure is complex. Rich mulberry flavours with a lift of chocolate oak, the finish is smooth and lingering.

Food pairing: Rack of Lamb

Food paring (V): Vegetarian Black Bean Burger
