‘STRAYA’ – Everything You Love About Oz In One Brilliant YouTube Parody

So catchy, so familiar and so sardonically patriotic! It’s the hilarious parody video to the tune of OutKast’s 2004 smash hit ‘Hey Ya’ by Melbourne musician Terry Mann – otherwise known as Coach Mumbai – and it’s gone next level on YouTube

‘Straya’ is a brilliantly warm comedic video with a tongue-in-cheek, loving look at our country – much like our favourite Aussie flick ‘The Castle’. The video features pop sensation and little Aussie wonder Kylie Minogue, ex Prime Minister John Howard, a gyrating Peter Garrett from Midnight Oil, the famous Wiggles, along with skits of favourite Aussie pastimes like the beach, the great Australian BBQ, backyard cricket, Vegemite and the DIY slippery slide, all playfully crafter together showcasing many of Australia’s natural wonders all to the sound of one very, very catchy tune.

Some of the best moments from ‘Straya’

We love it. You will too…Check it out here
