It’s official: Hollywood star Liv Tyler and her gorgeous new bub Lula are head-over-heels for Australia.

The Lord of the Rings actress arrived here this week to finish filming the hit TV series The Leftovers in Melbourne.

Naturally, mum-of-three Liv, 39, had been concerned about how little Lula, who only arrived on July 8, would cope with the trip from LA.

But from the moment Lula touched down in Australia, Liv says she’s loved every minute.

Liv even shared this adorable picture on her Instagram account, writing: ‘Ohhh my sweet baby girl is smiling with me. Seven weeks let the fun begin!!!

‘She likes Australia, yay!!!! And the little sweet sweater grandma Gardner made for her to keep her warm on our adventures… thank you nana Veronica.”

Two days earlier, Liv uploaded a snap from the long haul flight, which showed the new-born sleeping peacefully in her arms.

“Australia here we come!!! #theleftovers. Momma and Lula back to work,” writes Liv, who also has Milo, 12, and Sailor, one.

“Lula seven weeks working hard growing, sleeping and being so beautiful and helping me read my script and memorize my lines. #theleftovers @hbo.’

Although she’s still only a few weeks old, Lulu is quickly clocking up the airpoints.

Last week, the proud mother shared another sweet snap of baby Lula smiling while taking a nap as she arrived in her father, football agent Dave Gardner’s home city of London.

The actress captioned the Instagram snap: “Good morning London !!!!I am six weeks old today.”

Liv and her fiancé David Garnder welcomed their child in July and announced the exciting news via social media.

At the time, she wrote: “Hello!!!!! our beautiful baby girl is here !!! Lula Rose Gardner we are sooooo happy heart exploding with love !!!!! @davidgardner.”

Airing in Australia on Showcase, The Leftovers also stars Justin Theroux, Christopher Eccleston, and Jane Moloney, all of whom will be based in Australia for the duration of the shoot.

The show explores a world in shock when 140 million people inexplicably vanish in a ‘rapture-like event’, and is the third-highest rating U.S. cable TV show with six million an episode.
