Lindsay, 30, came forward after Instagram shots emerged of the pair in a physical scrap on a beach in Mykonos in early July.
In the disturbing images, the Mean Girls star can be seen throwing the Russian billionaire’s phone out of their car and then making a break for the beach.
Egor soon catches up to Lindsay, grabbing and twisting her arms behind her back as she struggles to get free.
“Egor drank too much and he went crazy,” Lindsay says of his behaviour that day.
Later that same month, Lindsay got into a loud argument with Egor at their London apartment, culminating in her screaming from the balcony.
“I realise now you can’t stay in a relationship just for love,” she tells the Mail on Sunday of the pair’s public disputes.
“No woman can be hit and stay with that person if that person isn’t prepared to say sorry.
“There have been so many lies printed about me recently,” she continued. “I’ve kept quiet for so long but now I’m scared of what Egor might do to me and to himself.”
As for the pregnancy rumours that her father Michael said were true, her mother Dina vehemently denied their validity.
Dina spoke to TMZ, telling the site her daughter simply “overreacted” and was seeking a side dish of revenge on her beau when she made her pregnancy claims.
