A blend of our two vineyards in the cool-climate regions of Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. The Coonawarra component adds citrus acidity and lime flavour and the Wrattonbully adds a floral lift. With an intense aroma, the palate is vibrant with good balance and crisp acidity.

Vines that were established by Patrick in 1999, the composition of the soil is similar to those of Eden Valley, which Pat had extensive experience with, before his move from Barossa to Coonawarra in the late 80s. Matured in a combination of new American oak and second-hand French oak for 24 months, the structure is complex. Rich mulberry flavours with a lift of chocolate oak, the finish is smooth and lingering.
