Heidi Klum is a model, businesswoman, creative director of her own lingerie brand, TV star and mother of four to boot.
At age 51, she continues to be a dynamic force in the fashion and entertainment industries.
This year, Heidi returned to host the 21st season of Project Runway on Freeform, marking her comeback to the show after an eight-year hiatus. She also continues to captivate audiences as a judge on America’s Got Talent, which is gearing up for its milestone 20th season.
In Germany, she celebrated the 20th anniversary of Germany’s Next Topmodel, which featured its first co-ed season and the largest contestant pool in the franchise’s history. The season faced challenges, including a temporary halt in filming due to the 2025 Southern California wildfires, but resumed by the end of January, according to Wikipedia.
Heidi’s fashion choices continue to make headlines. At the 2025 Met Gala, she made a striking return after a 12-year hiatus, wearing a custom black Vetements gown crafted from fabric traditionally used to dress the Pope since 1798. Her appearance sparked discussions online, with some praising her sophisticated look and others expecting a more extravagant ensemble.
At the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, Heidi defied the newly implemented dress code by wearing a voluminous floral Elie Saab gown with a floor-length train, which contravened the updated regulations prohibiting outfits that hinder movement and seating due to their size. She also turned heads with a sheer lace dress that showcased her high-waisted underwear, further challenging the festival’s attire guidelines.
Beyond the red carpet, Heidi continues to inspire with her bold fashion statements and unwavering confidence. Whether she’s mentoring aspiring models, judging talent, or launching new designs, Heidi Klum remains a formidable presence in the industry, redefining beauty and success on her own terms.
Despite her TV projects, she still manages to find time to launch her new range of men and women’s underwear.
Heidi told The Carousel she deliberately designs her collection with “more skin, less bra”. Nowadays people are wearing bras with more natural shapes, she added, rather than having boobs “hoisted up”, which used to be very popular. She memorably made world news strutting her fabulous figure as a Victoria’s Secret model in 1997, so she would know!
Heidi has designed some luxurious new laces, and commented that “not all lace has to be flowers!”. Too right. She is also releasing some more “architectural” underwear, for the women who love fancy undies but don’t like all the pretty designs.
She openly hinted to all men that if you’re running low on romantic gift ideas, then don’t be shy about selecting a sexy design from Heidi Klum’s Intimates .
Heidi said that she loves creating designs from scratch and is working with an amazing team. The new collection is everything you could want from lingerie, and it’s going straight on our wish list here at The Carousel HQ.
