When it comes to smoothies there are endless choices. What do movie stars and supermodels throw into their blender? When celebrity trainer Sinclair Fischer-Gray worked with Miranda Kerr, he regularly included a whole lot of coconut and a few magic ingredients.
The base for this smoothie is three tablespoons of raw, unsweetened organic yoghurt (opt for coconut yoghurt if you can’t tolerate dairy). Add a handful of organic blueberries, raspberries or strawberries and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Place all the ingredients in blender and blend for a perfect breakfast. Don’t worry about measuring out the ingredients, you can’t really go wrong
