In the 12 days leading up to Christmas we will give to you daily workouts that will have you waking up after Santa has been looking and feeling fabulous.

All you need is 2 minutes and the space of a single yoga mat. Each day you’ll discover the exercises that will get you fit, toned, a few kilos lighter, energised and ready to start the year. Take time out for you, or do them with your kids, friends or co-workers. No equipment needed, you won’t even have to leave the house!

Day 8 Friday 19th – Inner Thigh Toning

Day 10 Sunday 21st – Strong Stability
Day 11 Monday 22nd – Toned Arms
Day 12 Tuesday 23rd – A Whole Body Workout
