Today The Carousel wellness editor Amy Molloy is joined by yoga teacher Vicki Smart from Preshana yoga in Sydney to learn how to release the tension at the end of the workday.

This is the second of a 3-part lesson in how to reboot your body after being hunched over your computer all day.   The Eagle Pose will help to release tension between the shoulder blades.
