How To Make A Healthy Smoothie Drink In Just Two Minutes


Attempting a health-kick can be hard work!

Sometimes it can seem like too much of an effort, and you’re sacrificing taste for nutrition.

Well, this recipe takes about two minutes to make and you definitely won’t be disappointed in the taste. The avocado gives the smoothie a fluffy, creamy texture and the banana sweetens it all up.

Use the decorations as a guide – you can experiment really with whatever you want!



Healthy Smoothie Drink

1 cup spinach
1 cup greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
1 banana
2 tsp spirulina
Half avocado
1/2 cup coconut water
1 small handful of blueberries

To decorate
Shaved coconut
Edible flowers

Serves 1

*Note: For you sweet tooths – add 2 medjool dates.
