Well, this recipe takes about two minutes to make and you definitely won’t be disappointed in the taste. The avocado gives the smoothie a fluffy, creamy texture and the banana sweetens it all up.

Healthy Smoothie Drink
1 cup spinach
1 cup greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
2 tsp spirulina
1/2 cup coconut water
1 small handful of blueberries
*Note: For you sweet tooths – add 2 medjool dates.
