1/4 cup pure Canadian maple syrup (or honey)
2 ripe avocados
1 ripe banana
I tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
Small pinch of cinnamon to taste
1 Blend all ingredients in a food processor on high speed for 30 seconds.
2 Add small amounts of water whilst blending to lighten the texture of the mousse.
3 Set in small glass bowls in the fridge for 2 hours.
