Papaya & Avocado Smoothie

Papayas are fantastic for digestion, are full of anti-inflammatory enzymes and are said to help prevent colon cancer… no wonder Christopher Columbus once called them the “fruit of the angels”. Be kind to your body by pairing this gorgeous fruit with avocado, blend it up and you have a perfect start to your morning.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 small papaya
1/2 small avocado
3 TBS natural yoghurt
splash of coconut water
1 TBS chia seeds
honey to taste
