2 cups milk
45g dark chocolate melts
2 tsp stevia
Sugar free marshmallows
1 In a small saucepan heat the milk on a medium heat. Be careful not to bring it to a boil.
2 When the milk starts to bubble around the edges of the saucepan, reduce the heat a little and add in the chocolate melts.
3 Stir constantly, ensuring that the chocolate melts into the milk.
4 Add the stevia and continue to stir for 3-5 minutes.
5 Once the chocolate has melted, pour the hot chocolate into serving mugs and top with marshmallows.
