This Healthy Low-Fat Chocolate Walnut Parfait Recipe is made with low fat yoghurt and stevia making it a suitable dessert for anyone with a sweet tooth looking for a treat.
2 cups low fat Greek yoghurt
4 tb organic raw cacao powder or cocoa powder
1/3 cup Stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup roughly chopped walnuts
1 Blend all ingredients except walnuts in a food processor until smooth.
Half fill small glass bowls with mixture, add walnuts on top to decorate.
