Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookies

Cooking time 15 minutes
1 cup Peanut Butter Crunchy
⅔ cup caster sugar
100g Milk dark baking chocolate, roughly chopped
⅓ unsalted peanuts
⅓ cup puffed rice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon tablespoonsful of mixture onto greased baking trays.
2 Bake in a moderate oven 180oC for 15 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required.
