Kale Chips Recipe

Long gone are the days of snacking on highly processed snacks and bowls of chips. These quick and easy kale chips are the perfect crunchy snack or accompaniment to any meal. High in iron, calcium and anti-oxidants, these kale sensations will leave you addicted and nourished. 

Serves 3-4

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of fresh kale
Olive or coconut oil (preferably in a spray bottle)
2 pinches of sea salt

METHOD
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Then, tear off the leaves at the top of the bunch and place on to a lined baking tray.
Lightly spray the leaves with olive oil and sprinkle with the sea salt.
3 Place in the oven for approx. 10-12 minutes until crisp.
Serve immediately.
