INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen dragon fruit (pitaya) chunks
1 cup frozen mango, chopped
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp flaxseed (linseed) meal
1 tbsp Love Your Gut Synbiotic
1 cup coconut milk
TOPPINGS
Coconut flakes
Maple macadamia
Granola
Fresh blueberries
Passionfruit
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all the frozen ingredients, flaxseed meal, Love Your Gut Synbiotic, and coconut milk in a high-speed blender. Blend until creamy and smooth.
2. Add a little more milk if needed to thin the Dragon Fruit and Berry Bowl.
3. Scoop into two serving bowls and top with coconut flakes, granola, blueberries, and passionfruit.
